Rangers top prospects;
I gave them all HF grades, and a few of them look overrated cause of high grades I know, but their not, it's because their either gonna be that or their gonna be nothing in the NHL, not gonna rate a guy a potential checker if he is only gonna be a scorer or nothing. and I know this is sopposed to be top 10, but who are we kidding, all my prospects are top 10 worthy
(sarcasim ofcourse)
Brian Lee 7.5B .... best defensemen on north dakota as freshmen
Robbie Schremp 8C ... Great year for London, pretty good in playoffs, 47 points in 19 games is amazing
no matter what very well could make the team outta camp
Jiri Hudler 8B ...96 points in the A last year, should make the wings this year
Jim Slater 7A ... played 71 games for the thrashers last year, but I'll still call him a prospect, scored 10g and
10 a, and showed the ability to be a dominating two way player, I've heard Marco Sturm 2
Guillaume Latendresse 7B pretty good year last year for Drummondville, could make the team out of camp with another
strong showing
Lasse Kukkonen 6.5A .. best defensemen in the finnish league last year, should be the hawks 4-5-6 with some PK time
should be a dominate defensive defensemen
Dan Bertram 7C ... One of the fastest guys in the world on skates, should do well in the new NHL with his speed
and hands, smaller then he's listed (5'11) but throws his body around, very underrated because of a bad year, will
be better next year
Mark Mitera 7.5C .. not very well liked aperantly lol, but is almost as sure of a thing in the 1st round this year
as anyone, is assured at very worst of being a pretty good 4-5 if only because of his rare size, speed and strength
Johan Ryno 7C .. fairly unknown but very well liked by those who know him, should be in the wings top 10 prospects
I've heard anything from the next (pre concussion) Eric Lindros to Henrik Zetterberg
Jonas Nordquist 7C Nordquist will at very worst center the 3rd line for the hawks for a decade, could very well
line up on the 2nd line and not look out of place next year, great two way player
Stefan Ruzicka 7.5B had a pretty good 2nd half last year, and even saw some time with the flyers, but finished with
48 points in 73 games
Danny Irmen 6.5A speed and ability to do amazing things with the puck will prolly land him on a scoring line, but other
then that, he's an amazing defensive first forward, will make a popular captain centering a dominate checking line easily
James Wisniewski 7B less talented Chris Chelios, will be hugely popular in chicago because he's polish and fiesty
Matt D'Agostini 7C ... very underrated, very well could be playing on a scoring line in 07-08
Junoir Lessard 6.5B .. do or die, has to do something this year, basically has a spot on the stars that is his to lose
Dustin Byfuglien 7B .. Todd Bertuzzi meet Zdeno Chara, Zdeno Chara meet Todd Bertuzzi
Justin Abdelkader 7B ..could very well come into the league at 6'2 210, a few years away but is a safe prospect
almost a sure fire shut down checking line LWr
Ryan Hillier 7C ... needs to work on getting stronger, all the tools in the world to be a dominate two way player
Dimitri Megalinsky 6.5B ... very unheard of, but very good, good come out of no where to be a top 4 real soon for
the sens,
Nicolas Blanchard 7C .. a guy I like alot, has put on a good amount of weight, was 6'3 170, I've heard hes around
189 190 now, which is great because he loves to play it dirrty, he was one of the top scorers on a good chicoutimi
team, either a 2nd line scorer or nothing in the NHL
Morten Madsen 7D .. should come over to NA soon hopefully
Julien Sprunger 7D .. a better chance to see the NHL then Madsen, had a pretty good year last year, with 33 point in
38 games but both are still a few years away depending on if they're interested in coming over to NA,
Marko Antilla 6.5C .. was pretty good in the hawks prospects camp, don't listen to wally, underrated cause he's
a 9th round draft pick, has played as both a forward and defensemen
Magnus Akerlund 7D ... I still think he could become a real good goalie for the canes or someone in the NHL, but
he has to start proving it
