cashews side of the deal wins for sure. Cashews are way tastier than friggen peanuts. They also got a nice pick. I dont even know if this is 60/40 when Cashews outright >>> Peanuts.

GL with Montoya Blues I guess you found the prospect goalie you wanted. Better hope he gets traded, Lundy owns NY.

blues did posibly win that deal. However i have pogge who i plan on being my #1 of the future and with lundy in the way he was hard not to deal.if montoya was to get traded blues would win this trade but depending on the team it could hurt him ,hopefully i didnt keep the wrong goalie but i have faith in pogge. I think now i have a shot with this move at making the playoffs this upcoming year and u never know what can happen in the east.

Just because you have depth doesnt meant you should deal at a lesser price. You'll learn though:D

STL - you must have a lot of faith in Pitkanen to give up Ohlund, Wolski, and Mark Bell. I know Pitkanen is young and has tons of potential but that (IMO) is a lot to give up. Nice deal PHX.

My philosophy in this league is good young defensemen are worth more than good young fowards. I've shown this when I dealt Frolov for a package including Whitney (who I wouldn't even deal for Frolov now). Also Filppula for Coburn and now this.
With a rock solid defensive core now I can concentrate on getting fowards. Wolski will be a 100 point scorer one day IMO. He's got tons of potential. size and skill.
However, Pitkanen will be a Norris candidate in this not too distant future. He lacks confidence but is slowly gaining it back. Signing Kimmo Timonen today gives me no doubt in my mind Pitkanen will score 60-70 points next season if he stays healthy.

no doubt in my mind Pitkanen will score 60-70 points next season if he stays healthy. None? I think your forgetting why he scored 46 in 58. It was the Gagne, fors, knuble pie...I really like the deal for you and I think you won. But in order to have no doubt Pitkanen is going to score 60+ points you might want to take of the Flyers goggles your looking through. He had 43 this season in almost a full year. We'll give him 2 more points. so 45 points in a full 82 games. You think because they signed Timonen his production is going to shoot 15+ points..Not bloody likely.
