Ya...Its not my place to overturn a deal but If i was asked, I'd agree with u guys.
Ozolinsh was injured last season but played in like the last 6 allstar games.
Seidenberg is decent but is completely buried in Philly. Tambellini is an average prospect too. most people think hes still a project. Brandner is waiver wire crap lol....if I dumped him back to waivers, that tells u how bad he is.
So ya, if this did get rejected some day, I would definately beat Blues offer lol.

I agree that this deal shoudl be rejected. Stevens and Ozolinsh have a lot more value than 2 PROSPECTS. That is all they are at this point, Seidenberg has played some games and looked OK but he will never be a franchise player, as stated. I follow Michigan hockey too, and Tambellini is a good player but had a major dropoff in production last year. He is still a good player but Stevens and Ozolinsh should warrant more than that. PM me when this gets rejected, I'll make an offer for Stevens as well.

Isn't it quite obvious that he wants crosby? hawks ???Lightning ???Praline where are you guys? I'm here. I don't argue about if trades are fair or not, that's for Tampa and/or Chicago to decide. That being said, there are two things wrong with this trade. 1) Edmonton, you still need to try and win games. A year is a long time to be at the bottom of the league, and how bad will you feel to drop 72 games and see the lotto pick go to someone else? If you made the trade because you are trying to get rid of someone you think will retire soon, that's a good reason. 2) Just like real life, in the face of a financial restriction (and unlike the NHL ours is guaranteed) the big money teams keep adding salary.

Seidenberg has played 63 season games and 2-3 playoff games he's not a prospect anymore. Tambellini is and I personally am not a fan of most prospects so if im not sold on them completely I try to get some value for them.

Just so everyone here knows none of you are allowed to outbid me unless I decide to not do the deal. You can send all the offers you want but im pretty sure there isn't much more to do with this deal to make it 60/40 so im gonna stick with it.
Just like Wally said when I sent a much better offer for Saku Koivu not too long ago the deal is going to be reworked until it's 60/40.
Sorry to bust your bubbles.

The funny thing about that is my offer for Koivu was easily better than what Phoenix was offering since mine included a 26 year old 76 rated player in Horcoff. I talked to Edmonton for a few weeks and eventually he was pretty much forced into caving in. I'm putting Sandis Ozolinsh on the block for anyone trying to addd sum offense to their d-corps. Pavel Trnka is also on the block. I'm looking for defensemen who are aged 24 and under. You all had a chance to beat my offer when he posted this. Too late now....

If I can give a better offer than Phoenix can then I should be able to get him No. Once a deal is posted it's official. If it's not 60/40 we work to get it 60/40. If the 2 teams can't come to an agreement then the deal is scrapped. The team that has less than 40% can't back out once it's posted cause he got an offer after it was posted. He should have done his shoppin before he made the original deal. Plus it's not fair to the GM who is tryin to even up the deal.

Yes.
I can't see a deal being rejected once it's posted. Unless the 1 side doesn't want to make it 60-40. No need to freak out.
