Hey All,
Drafting top 3 in another league (and year behind). I'm assuming Tavares and Duchene will go 1,2 respectively.
I'd love to get some opinions/scouting reports on the guy. Is anyone here a Lightening watcher, or just watch a lot of hockey? I used to have Center Ice but not anymore. I wouldn't consider taking someone else in that spot but would consider trading down or trading for a roster player.
All feedback is appreciated.
Thanks,

i honestly am not sold on Hedberg. I watched him quite a bit at the WJHC and have seen a few lightning games and he seemed invisible, but I really haven't watch enough to give a good opinion probably

I certainly wouldnt draft Kadri three, at least for anything else but the concept of perceived value. I could trade down to at least 5 and still get him.
Anyone actually have some feeback in seeing him play for the Bolts this year?

Hedmans still very young for a defensmen. EJ, JJ, Duncan Keith, Mike Green, all guys that had lackluster rookie seasons but have grown in to studs. Stick with Hedman he's got huge potential and has shown glimpses of a superstar waiting to break out. He has all the tools. He's big, fast, he can stickhandle, pass, has a big slapper, he just needs to put it all together.

From what I've noticed while watching what few games I could this season, it just seems he lacks confidence sometimes in his ability. He is too weak along the boards right now, as well. I think he'll be fine. Just like any young d-man, he just needs time.

I had to re-read this like 5 times before I realized I put Hedberg instead of Hedman lol
