I say we give it another week or so and then vote on what we have. And just for the record, when we vote Minny has to take Zherdev off his list.

here is my prospect list....even I dont like my prospects...lol...the guys who ran this before me didnt like to draft me guesses...
1. RW Steve Bernier: RWer drafted by SJ in NHL. Could be a good power forward in the future but needs to improve his conditioning.
2. G Jeff Shantz: Goalie....Don Cherry kept saying how good this guy is....hope it wasnt because he played for Mississauga.
3. D Matt Nickerson: Matt is a forward who uses speed and skill to net himself a bunch of points....oh no wait...thats the type of players matt HURTS. Nickerson is a gigantic defenseman with a mean streak in him and thats what I like about him.
4. C Petr Vrana: This is the guy who is speedy and skillful. His only downfall is his size...but small guys have made it before.
5. D Roman Tesliuk: all around defensemen...doesnt seem to have any weaknesses. Has some offensive upside and is also physical.
6. LW andreas Sundin: A small but quick forward with good hands and a hard shot. Has goal scorer written all over him.
7. C Kevin Romy: He is from Switzerland so we know that his attention is gonna be on hockey and not the woman.
8. C Maxim Lapierre: A big guy who can skate well and is skillful....thats all you need.
9. Ryan Flinn: Spent some time with the LA kings in recent years...has 29 games under his belt. Only 1 point though but he did have 79 pims. This guy is just a pure knuckle chucker
10. C Petteri Nokelainen: He is Finnish and a Islander...he was awarded to the Oilers in the 1st round of this years draft. Ha awarded....what contest in hell did I win?

Lets not do the voting until after next weekend (the weekend of the 24-25th) just because alot of us are going away, I'll try to set up the polls when I get back, until then keep posting, remember that the better you explain them the better your chances of winning. (not that its that big of a deal) I'll add more for each team as well to help "sell" teams prospects. Oh yeah, this is my last post, see you all in a week, ive sent in my selection for my 64th pick to Phoenix. GL everyone, talk to ya soon.

And just for the record, when we vote Minny has to take Zherdev off his list. I kind of figured, some GM's would have a problem with me putting him on my list. Even without him though, still think I have a pretty good prospect pool.

On my most recent copy of the teams list I have him as a New York Ranger. I'm begining to wonder if you have an outdated list, or are you using the statistics site from last year as a reference? I'll email you the current one I'm reading off of.

Just wanted everyone to know that has read or will read this post. I have modified my list since I was told Zherdev could not be on it, I also took off Brent Burns since I have traded him. Still think it's a nice list and since most of roster players are fairly young, I'm still in good shape.
