Watching the Canada-Finland game. Canada have no shot at winning this tourney, they have no scoring power up front. How bad must Setoguchi be to not make this group? Hell, Tom Pyatt made it. I agree. It's tough watchin these games and seein so little creativity on offence. pouliot was 4th overall last year how? I wish Wolski and Mcgrath made it instead of some of Sutter's plugs. Although they do have a shot to win cause they play like a team. If they go behind and need someone to create something, who's going to do it?

But if they play the Russians there will be a lot of chances to score.

Yeah Pouliot is playing like a friggen idiot. Hes shown a bit of what you guys call "offensive creativity", but hes been a dumbass most of the time. He takes WAAAAYYY too many bad penalties and still has some lazy play, though I think hes picked that up a bit. Overall hes been slightly below what I expected. I think there is light at the end of the tunnel with him though. First off I like who hes drafted by, Minnesota, coach by Jaques Lemaire, will help him shake off that bad penalty reputation. Also I still see some flashes of unbelievable hands and a similar shot to that of Jason Spezza, though he seems to never hit a corner with it.... We'll see I suppose, flame into him though, its not that big a deal.

Downie is a scumbag, he got what he deserves. No suspension is a bit unnerving though, should make for a great final. 100 bucks says downie rubbed in the win so johnson gave him a shot. It was a total cheap but couldn't have happened to a nicer player. Ill take this bet... How the hell could Downie have "rubbed in the win"? There was about a 2 second gap from the point the W looked to be within grasp and when Johnson elbowed him in the head...

This is such a naive comment... I honestly cant wait til Seto is a top line forward in the NHL. You may be right about Pouliot, and that still needs 4 years to be seen, but not Seto.

Downie passed O'Marra the puck before he hit his own blueline.

Downie also slashed JJ in the back of the legs, tho not very hard. So I'm sure something was said.

Seems to me it had to be a coaching issue .. no cohesiveness.

I think if the States would stop holdin grudges against their players that play in the CHL they would get better results.

So the USA is eliminated.. Just saw that...what happened there?? They relied far too much on guys like Kessel, Bourque and Oshie, who did not perform. No confidence, no chemistry.
