Here goes ... not too good 1. Tim Ramholt (D, Calgary) — I was hoping he'd stay on this side of the Atlantic and play in the AHl, but that didn't happen. Regardless, Ramholt (along with Dion Phaneuf) will make it awful easy for the Flames to move some current NHL defensemen if they need to get other parts. 2. Mike Cammalleri (C, Los Angeles) — A recent acquisition, he's tearing of the AHL and could score 100 points. In limited NHL action, Cammalleri's played pretty well. Chances are he'll get a chance to play significant minutes for the Kings when they start playing again. 3. Johan Fransson (D, Dallas) — He's back with Lülea in the SEL. It's tough to gauge numbers over there, but he's on par with his previous seasons. Among his teammates are Wild netminder Manny Fernandez, Hurricanes Nic Wallin and Justin Williams (easy Blues ... easy) and Mikael Renberg. 4. Aaron Rome (D, Anaheim) — Getting a chance in the AHL with Cincinnati. He's played in all 56 games this year, recording a goal and 12 assists. Has the size and ability to make the jump. 5. Clayton Stoner (D, Minnesota) — Stoner has stepped up his play with Tri-City in the WHL, already surpassing last season's goals and assists marks, recording 10-32-42 in just 48 games. Some may think this is too high ... but I have a good feeling about the kid. 6. Sean Collins (C, Colorado) — A waiver claim, Collins leads the University of New Hampshire in scoring (15-27-42 in 32 games) and has seven PPG. A former Hockey East rookie of the year, he's got a shot at being Hockey East's player of the year. That would put him in pretty good company (see Kariya, Drury, Gionta, Pandolfo, Roloson, Conklin). 7. Mark Tobin (LW, Tampa Bay) — Tobin's still plugging away in the Q, steadily improving. It'll be tough to know how could he is until he stops playing with phenom Sidney Crosby, but he's got an NHL body. 8. Brandon Nolan (C, Vancouver) — In the AHL with Manitoba, Nolan has done OK ... 4-7-11 in 44 games. He could definitely add some weight. He looks frighteningly like his father, ex-Sabres coach Ted Nolan. 9. Corey Locke (C, Montreal) — Spent the past three years tearing up the OHL, but has found scoring a little tougher in his first season with Hamilton in the AHL. Still, has 15-17-32 in 53 games, good for fourth in scoring on the Bulldogs. The big knock on Locke is he's too small (5-9, 175), but he's definitely a scorer. 10. Ryan Munce (G, Los Angeles) — Munce is stuck on a bad OHL team in Sarnia, and his numbers are about the same as the past two years. This is his final OHL year, so there are decisions to be made. Others: David Booth (struggling with Michigan State) Ryan Donally (once captain for Windsor in the OHl, he was dealt to Kitchener) Johan Franzen (a star in the SEL, but already 25) Tomi Maki (bumped from his FNL team roster and hampered by concussions, he's a question mark) Victor Oreskovich (goal and an assist with Notre Dame in his first year of college) Dany Stewart (teammate of Tobi and Sidney Crosby in the Q, one of few minus players on Rimouski).

Barker is not better than Jeff Carter. He may be in the future but he isn't near him right now. these are prospect lists ... Eric Staal didn't play as well as Trent Hunter last year, and but who would you list first? Plus, HF.com (regardless of what you think of them) already has Barker ahead.

Peter Sejna, f - getting seasoned in Worcester (AHL) 5. Mike Komisarek, d - anyone know where MK is currently playing? 6. Maxime Ouellet, g - stuck behind Kolzig 7. Mike Green, d - 55 pts in 55 gms, +41 as d-man in Saskatoon, really like this kid 8. Jeremy Colliton, f - wish he wasnt injured for WJC's 9. I'd give the nod to Florida over Chicago. Same here. Florida has the best prospects. But his team is lacking. But not for long.

Thanks for defending my list PHI. I obviously agree and think Barker will be the best of my bunch. It's much harder to find a top 2 D than a top line forward in my opinion. And Blues just because he's a Flyers prospect does not mean he is GOD. There are other prospects who may be rated higher and are better, I believe Barker is one of them. And it's just a prospect list, everyone has differing opinions. I mean I'm an Isles fan but you don't see me putting Bruno Gervais at the top of my list.

Florida has the best prospects. But his team is lacking. But not for long. haha, yeah. thats one of the things about the lockout. Id be able to ice a pretty solid team next year if there was a regular season. Coburn, Parise, Koivu, Lynch, Jurcina, Johnson, and Higgins were nearly locks to play in the big league this year and would be rated fairly well Id imagine. But now I have to suck two years in a row. That wasnt part of the deal! THAT WASNT PART OF THE DEAL!!!!
