It's official, Jagr is rated 88. All of my player except Havlat can be had an don't be scared to offer for Jagr even if you think hes too expensive.

I am looking to move up a few spots in the 2nd round. I have the 40th and would like to get 5 spots or so higher I'll offer the 74th or 82nd.
