As Commissioner, I have to be a jerk and make tough decisions. Boston claim of Mike Kostka is void. Due to Boston already being under the salary cap, he can't make a move to reduce his team salary and the player dropped, Rob Klinkhammer is rated and therefore has salary, so this claim can't be made. The next team that has priority and claimed Mike Kostka will be awarded him, so I will wait for Columbus to post that. Sorry Boston, but it is in our rules that you can't make a move to reduce salary if you are under the cap.

well i would move dropped someone else then, i obviously had no idea about this so shouldnt i at least get a chance, talk about killing a teams chances i see why the rule was made but how can this really be a big enough deal i lose my best claim ever
and i have made claims in the past that i was under cap all of a sudden im getting a good player and it matters i thought that the rule was for trading not for stopping the rebuilding teams from getting better seems stupid but in any case had i been aware i would have dropped scott winkler instead
