This is just for fun. I think its pretty close and I wanted to add some wood to the fire between me and CLB. We've had a rivalry since day 1 so hey, why not right? I think I might know which way this one is going to go... Columbus PM'd me about this idea a while back so I thought since its offseason and we're all bored maybe itd be fun.
Columbus:

Defence Phillipe Boucher(81)_Pavel Kubina(78) Ed Jovonovski(78)_Derek Morris(76) Adam Foote(76)_Bret Hedican(75)
Net Protectors Olaf Kolzig(79) Curtis Sanford(72) ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Nashville: Forwards: LW__________________C_________________RW T. Vanek(80)______J. Spezza(82)_______B. Shanahan(81) J.P Dumont (77)___S. Gomez(79)_______M. Erat(78) P. Cajanek(76)____M. Richards(76)_____S. Reinprecht(76) M. Talbot(73)______A. Steen(75)_______V. Peltonen(74)

our first lines are kinda identical. its going to be a gory battle Yeah but after that you've got me beat for the most part. I think Lundy should be around 2 pts better than Kolzig though which sucks. Hes my only wildcard to this matchup really. We'll see though, ive got some defensive specialists in Mike Richards, Garnett Exelby and Maxime Talbot, so they might help me gain a bit of an edge too.

I know Kolzig is old but if you look at how hes done playing on a poor team year-in, year-out, its Kolzig that should be 2 pts higher too

haha I dont think Kolzig is at all 2 pts above Lundqvist. What kinda crack are you smoking? Hes done very well yes, but he has only really held down the fort, nothing that spectacular. lets not have a dumb goalie discussion again, but you can think he should be 2 higher if you want....

yeah, kolzig got me swept in the 1st round as the #1 seed last season............... this is after we went to the cup the year b/f. GL with him, he's great during the season, but he sh%$ the bed for me last year. I know Kolzig is old but if you look at how hes done playing on a poor team year-in, year-out, its Kolzig that should be 2 pts higher too

Kolzig and Lundqvist should both be 81 OV's IMO. I voted Nashville because no matter how hard BJ tries he's like the NYR's of the late 90's piecing together a team
